Panthenol helps condition and hydrate skin.
Allantoin helps soothe skin.
How To Use:
Use 2-3 times weekly. Apply to moistened skin, avoiding the eye area. Using fingertips, gently massage over face in circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
